when i initially ordered my phone case after the customization process,, i selected the wrong phone model without even realizing, & so it didn't fit ): i emailed inquiring about a return without even realizing that it had been my mistake, let alone a model issue [ because i thought it was a deformed case ☠️☠️], but even after i was referred back to my invoice & my mistake was revealed, they were still kind enough to offer me a greatly generous discount, a personal invoice on the correct model case, (as it was an original design and could not be returned to be resold), which was just purely altruistic .
i received the correct phone case in the mail today & i am really happy with it :'3 🥹
