Poor quality, poor graphics do not recommend
Hi Chris, thanks for your feedback. All of our cases are made with the same high-quality materials and print process our other customers love. The file you uploaded was only 42kb in size (669×1050 pixels), which is small for print and doesn’t have enough detail to cover a phone case clearly. Print quality always depends on the quality of the artwork provided, which is why we encourage customers to upload high-resolution files.

Didn’t like that it was glossy and retained scratches and fingerprints.
Hi, thanks for your feedback. Our cases aren’t a true glossy or matte finish, they use the standard sublimation coating, which has a light sheen. Like most phone cases, this type of surface can show fingerprints or light marks with everyday use, but luckily it’s very easy to clean with a quick wipe. The coating is designed to be durable and long-lasting, which most customers appreciate.
