Terms and conditions of use for The Phone Case Place

Custom Designs and Personalized Cases.

Any design that we specially put togehter for someting cannot be returned unless there is an actual defect with the case. If a mistake was made on your part by ordering the wrong model phone, or wrong color, we will work with you on the replacement case, but since we cannot sell a phone case with your name on it (unless it's Michael or John), then we would not be able to take that return. Obviously we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we will always work with our customers on mistakes made, and never punish you for those mistakes.

Shipping and Tracking

Tracking numbers are uploaded and sent to an email once they are shipping. Once shipments leave the U.S, there are no tracking abilities, and it's all about patience from then on. Tracking does work in the U.S, but sometimes it will take a few days for the tracking information to be uploaded, and sometimes you get no tracking messages until the case has arrived. This is nothing we can do, as wel ship USPS, and 98% of the time, they are really good with tracking. If you ever need an update on your shipment, please shoot me a message and I will look into it for you.

Buying in Bulk

We offer discounts for those looking to purchase multiple cases about 5+. For those of you looking to purchase cases to re-sell, for weddings, school, or team events, please send me a message and we can work out a good bulk price so you can get the most bang for your buck.
